Benign Skin Lesions

Includes: Seborrhoeic keratoses, syringomas, skin tags, sebaceous hyperplasia, cherry angiomas, xanthelasma

Common Benign Lesions We Treat

Many patients seek assessment and removal of harmless but bothersome skin growths, including seborrhoeic keratoses, syringomas, skin tags, sebaceous hyperplasia, cherry angiomas and xanthelasma.

Our Approach

Dr Gupta first assesses each lesion to confirm it is benign, then discusses appropriate removal options where desired. This may include laser treatment (BBL HEROic or ClearV for vascular lesions such as cherry angiomas), or procedural techniques such as snip excision, curette, fine wire diathermy or ablative laser for lesions like skin tags and seborrhoeic keratoses.
