Consultation Fees

Patients are provided with anticipated fees by email ahead of each appointment. If you'd like to discuss fees in advance, please contact our reception team.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth appointments are available on request, where appropriate for your needs and the issue being discussed. Please note that for some concerns, telehealth will only be offered to patients who have first had an in person consultation at the practice.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates apply to eligible dermatology consultations and some medical procedures when referred by your GP or other specialist. Cosmetic and laser treatments are not eligible for Medicare rebates. Our team can advise on the rebate applicable to your specific appointment or treatment prior to attending, please contact reception if you wish to do so.

Procedural Costs

Costs for laser and procedural treatments vary depending on your individual treatment plan. You will receive a quote before proceeding with any procedure.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice, so we can offer the time to another patient.

As a courtesy to Dr Gupta and other patients waiting for an appointment, a fee of $100 may apply for cancellations or missed appointments made with less than 48 hours notice, except under exceptional circumstances.
